Well it's now 2.06am and I'm still not sleepy!

The good folks at WitchGrove have given me lots of advice and (apart from the "watch golf programmes" thing) I am heeding it.

Stitch and I are off to bed, to curl up and read until we doze off. Much more sleep inducing than Blackadder.
